The Robotics and Automation Exhbition is a unique opportunity to gain an insight into the latest innovations and technology available to improve efficiency, reduce errors, drive down costs and gain a competitive advantage.

Daniela Sawyer, senior theme lead – automation at the University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC), has been confirmed as a speaker at this year’s Robotics and Automation Exhibition on Day 2 at 12.30pm. 

She has collaborated with organisations such as the Aerospace Technology Institute and the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council to advance research in accurate robotics, robotic machining and the application of AI and data science in robotics.

At the exhibition, Sawyer will explain what automation in manufacturing looks like in today’s world, both in the UK and globally. She will also discuss future needs for automation as technology advances within the sector.
