Brian Moran
Brian Moran, former Chief of Staff to the President and CEO of Boeing Integrated Defense Systems, has been appointed director for United Kingdom (UK) Industrial Participation (IP) Programs. In this new elevated role, he is responsible for leading the development and management of Boeing's offset programs from the campaign phase through to implementation and closure. In his previous position, he was responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the President's office and managing the interface with the company's senior leadership and external stakeholders. During this assignment, Moran contributed to the development and communication of IDS strategy, with particular emphasis on international markets, including Boeing's adherence to the UK's Defence Industrial Strategy (DIS). In a move that further strengthens Boeing's presence in the UK and will grow its extensive partnerships industry, academia and government, Moran is based at the company's London officeMoran joined The Boeing Company in 2000 as a Contracts & Pricing Specialist on the F/A-18 program. This new assignment brings Moran back to the IP organization, having spent three earlier years, successfully developing and managing IP programs throughout Europe as well as Israel. Before his Chief of Staff assignment, Moran completed a Brookings Institution Fellowship on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. and served as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Business Development (BD) for Boeing IDS. Moran earned a dual degree, summa cum laude, in International Business and French from Lindenwood University and a graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Washington University's Olin School of Business. An American, he was born and raised in Belgium and is fluent in German and French.
